Features

notes

H. paniculata Limelight is a beautifully frothy garden hydrangea with loose, cone-shaped flower heads. The lime-green buds open to white flowers with a hint of pink, giving much-needed freshness to the garden in late summer and into the autumn.

Insights

It has an open habit, and the branches sway gently in the breeze. Unusually for hydrangeas, H. Limelight responds well to a hard prune. It likes to have cool roots, so it does well behind a wall where it can light up a dull corner.
