Mathiasella bupleuroides 'Green Dream', 3L
An unusual herbaceous perennial, Mathiasella bupleuroides ‘Green Dream’ bears dark green, divided leaves, with nodding, jade green bracts surrounding small, black flowers. These bracts turn pink and last well into autumn. The flowerheads resemble those of lovage and angelica and make interesting additions to a floral display, either fresh or dried.

Native to Mexico, this genus was named in honour of California plantswoman Mildred Esther Mathias, who first discovered it in 1954.
