The foliage of this deciduous willow is also appealing, with a blue hue and silvery underside.

The foliage of this deciduous willow is also appealing, with a blue hue and silvery underside.
The golden, pollen laden flowers are highly attractive to bees and other pollinators. Even after flowering, the foliage offers silvery appeal to the garden. Developed by a cut flower breeder, so the stems are useful for flower arranging. Mt Aso can be grown in a large container - but ensure compost does not dry out.
