This Mexico City Extra Dry Gin is infused with palo santo, sage, jasmine, juniper berries, coriander seeds, elderflower, lavender, rosemary, cedron, myrrh, lime and orange peel. A fragrant wood that has been used for medicinal purposes and in purification rituals for centuries, palo santo is traditionally considered a deeply sacred and spiritual tree, possessed of a cleansing energy.
