Insights
Having put blood, sweat, and tears into cultivating his own winter wheat, Jeremy Clarkson was determined to put it to good use. The farm’s Cotswold Brash soil is hard and unforgiving, but it yields winter wheat of unusually high quality, ideal for distilling. The wheat is milled mashed, distilled by fellow Cotswold farmers, and master distillers, The Wood Brothers.
