Hameln is a charming, compact ornamental grass that forms a low, rounded mound. In late summer it has long-lasting catkin-like flowers that seem to shimmer in the breeze. You won't be able to resist stroking as you go past. The flowers turn silvery as they age, and the bright green leaves turn yellow in autumn.
