Insights
The Victorians were very keen on ferns- it is believed that the design on a custard cream biscuit, which remains unchanged since 1908, is based on a Victorian printing plate of a fern frond! This elegant indoor plant requires certain conditions to thrive and does not like being touched!
Planting
- Soil: Well-draining potting compost
- Position: Bright, indirect light (sun will scorch leaves) but tolerates low light

- Misting daily is recommended, particularly when central heating or air conditioning is in use. Do not allow roots to dry out
