- Made in France
- Sheet carbon steel with a beeswax finish to protect against oxidation and to make the initial seasoning process easier.
- Coating-free and PFAS-free
- Warp resistant
- Suitable for all stoves, including induction, however, it is recommended to gradually increase temperatures, not exceeding 3/4 of the cooktop's power for induction cooking
- Not suitable for dishwasher
- No lid
- Over time, the pan will develop a brown patina that deepens in colour. Far from being dirty, this ‘seasoning’ patina enhances the pan, creating an increasingly smooth cooking surface
- The pan should be seasoned before cooking by heating about 1mm of oil in your pan. Once the oil slightly steams, empty it into a receptacle and wipe the pan with a paper towel
