Established in 2012, Buck & Birch began operations from the confines of a humble garden shed. Now with their own distillery and visitor centre sited in Macmerry, East Lothian, their journey has seen them collaborate with a range industry leaders, including world renowned chefs and celebrated bartenders. Always working closely with local landowners and community groups, they are continually focussed on growing the business in ways benefit, enhance, and protect the wild spaces of Scotland.
