Insights
When Helen and her family took over a farm in West Dorset in 2003, one of their first tasks was to restore the land to its natural beauty, replanting a traditional orchard with carefully selected fruit trees. Initially, the apples were pressed for juice, celebrating the farm’s rich harvest. But in 2021, the idea for Pomme Blushe was born, an artisan apple aperitif crafted to offer something truly unique.
