Features

notes
For interesting foliage, a mound forming Heuchera will always reward, with its lobed and gently ruffled leaves. Heuchera Orangeberry adds colour to this, with burnt orange leaves, accompanied in summer by delicate panicles of creamy pink flowers. Useful as underplanting to roses and shrubs, the frilly leaves and fine stems add both interest and colour.
Insights

Heuchera is native to North America, where it is given the common name ‘alumroot’. It is named after an 18th-century professor at Wittenberg University, Joahann Heinrich von Heucher. Heuchera is useful as a ground cover or as a companion plant to Hostas and Ferns.
