notes

Allium Mount Everest is a beautiful, statuesque variety that bears large, globular heads of creamy white flowers above tall mid-green stems. These tightly packed blooms provide wonderful, elevated interest in a border, and are also highly attractive to pollinators.

Insights

Plant in the middle of the border, so the umbrels can grow dramatically to tower above other foliage such as paeonies; it can take over from tulips. Also ideally suited to gravel gardens or prairie style planting.
