notes

Living up to its name, Heuchera Silver Scrolls is notable for its silvery foliage, which emerges pinky brown before becoming silver with burgundy undersides and dark veining. Pink buds are held on tall wands, opening to reveal creamy flowers, beloved by bees.

Insights

Clump forming, it is useful as groundcover or underplanting roses and shrubs, but Silver Scrolls also works well in a container or hanging basket, offering interest year-round. It is mainly evergreen but in harsh weather or exposed areas it may lose some or all its leaves, before new growth in spring.
