notes

Iris setosa Baby Blue is a beautiful dwarf iris bearing electric blue flowers with a white inner halo and dark violet veins which appear on slender green stems in late spring. The bright green, strappy leaves give an architectural feel and are good ground cover. Its gorgeous blooms are also great for attracting native pollinators.

Insights

Irises are a traditional garden favourite, both good looking and reliable performers. This variety looks gorgeous planted en masse in a sunny, well drained border or as part of a cottage garden scheme. They also make excellent cut flowers.
