Carex ‘Evercream’ is a small, evergreen perennial that forms a compact tuft of striking foliage. The Japanese sedge has arching, narrow leaves of green with a cream/yellow margin, bearing long spikes of inconspicuous tiny brown flowers, which appear in late spring to early summer. It makes a great edging plant or cascading container specimen, adding light and movement to the garden.
