This exceptionally perfumed Classic Scented Candle in Spiritus Sancti is from historic French candlemaker, Cire Trudon, creator of luxurious perfumed candles in France since 1643. Poured by hand into a green handcrafted Tuscany glass in the shape of a champagne bucket. 'Spiritus Sancti' in the Christian tradition is the Latin name for the 'Holy Spirit'. The strong thread of incense in this candle's fragrance is deeply reminiscent of places of prayer and spirituality.

Rather delightfully, Cire Trudon's motto, ‘Deo Regique Laborant’ on the emblem means ‘the bees work for God and the King’. Trudon is located in the Perche Regional Nature Park and is financially committed to helping conserve the region’s biodiversity and dark bee population.

To preserve the fragrance, do not burn your candle for more than 2 hours at a time during the first third of the candle and 1 hour at a time during the remaining. Should any black smoke appear, trim the tip of the wick.
