Features

notes

The robust, clump forming perennial Heuchera 'Northern Exposure Lime' brings colour and texture to the border, with its evergreen lime green foliage. Ideal as ground cover as it bears delicate rusty red flowers on tall, slender stems in summer which contrast beautifully against the lime leaves. These flowers add a pretty lacy detail to cut flower arrangements; left in situ they draw native pollinators to the garden.

INSIGHTS

The Heuchera is native to North America, where it is given the common name ‘alum root’. It is named after an 18th-century professor at Wittenberg University, Johann Heinrich von Heucher.
