Kohl rabi thrives with consistent moisture and fertile soil. Keep beds weed‑free and water during dry spells to maintain tender stems. Harvest bulbs when they are roughly 5–8 cm in diameter for the best flavour and texture, smaller sizes are sweeter and more tender.
