INSIGHTS
The scented foliage can be used fresh or dry for flavouring moussaka, stews, sausages, omelettes, stuffing, and rustic pizzas. It has the heat of a mild chilli pepper. For a taste of the Mediterranean try sprinkling it on lamb or pork before cooking.

CARE
- Grown in peat free compost within a biodegradable pot made from waste coir with natural latex. Pop the discarded coir pot in the green bin, leave out for birds to use for nesting, use as mulch or add to compost heap. Pinch back to keep the plant bushy.
