Insights

After developing an appreciation for both the art and the quality of canned fish they enjoyed travelling Europe in their motorhome, founders Angus Cowen, a trained chef, and Charlotte Dawe established Sea Sisters during the lockdown of 2020 in their kitchen in Hackney. The first manufacturers of canned fish in England since the 1940s, they are now based in based in Bridport, West Dorset, where their craft cannery specialises in preserving British fish, in season, ready to store in your cupboard and enjoyed at any time.
