Milk chocolate contains 30% cocoa minimum, 19% milk solids minimum.

“Laid in France,” The Chocolate Detective sources its delicious Ecuadorian chocolate eggs from a company across the English Channel with whom they have worked and trusted for over 40 years. Although the cocoa is not certified Fairtrade, a more desirable Direct Trade model is adopted. The chocolate is crafted bean-to-bar, ensuring clear provenance, traceability, and good working practices that avoid both child labour and deforestation.
