Crafted with quality, single-origin Ecuadorian cocoa, these chocolate partridge eggs feature creamy praline ganache encased in authentically coloured chocolate shells, complemented by two chocolate liqueurs made with Williams Pear brandy. Presented in recyclable, plastic-free packaging made from sustainable paper and card, each egg box is produced from food-grade sugar cane ‘bagasse’ waste.

“Laid in France,” The Chocolate Detective sources its delicious Ecuadorian chocolate eggs from a company across the English Channel with whom they have worked and trusted for over 40 years. Although the cocoa is not certified Fairtrade, a more desirable Direct Trade model is adopted. The chocolate is crafted bean-to-bar, ensuring clear provenance, traceability, and good working practices that avoid both child labour and deforestation.
