Since Roman times, the benefits of fermenting apples into cider have been recognised. Willy’s is produced from 300 year old trees (48 varieties of apples) in Herefordshire. The business is dedicated to organic and sustainable farming, encouraging biodiversity and reducing its carbon footprint wherever possible.

- Shake to activate the mother
- Before food: first thing in the morning (on empty stomach, dilute well): traditional daily dose: 25ml diluted in a smoothie or with warm water and honey
- Add to salad dressing
- Add to meals in place of salt
- Incorporate in steam facials, as a hair treatment or add a spoonful to your bath
