Founded by Deborah Lamplugh, Forthay Granola began life in a Bed and Breakfast farmhouse kitchen in the Cotswolds. Having always provided homemade gluten free granola as part of her breakfast offering, it was her guests’ rave reviews that thankfully persuaded her to sell it by the bag.
