notes

Munstead is a compact, fragrant English lavender with beautiful grey-green foliage and deep purple flowers. Named after Gertrude Jekyll's garden at Munstead Wood, this lavender is perfect for dwarf hedging and in garden borders. It is also beloved by many native pollinators.

Insights

Increasingly in its role as a herb, lavender is being used in recipes, not just for puddings, biscuits and fudge, but also for use with pork recipes.
