notes

Designed to be an easy drinking wine, this dry white is crafted with a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and English Bacchus grapes. With sufficient weight and complexity, this refreshing white boasts beautiful floral and fruity notes and a very good structure.

Insights

Produced on arable farm, about 15 miles outside Oxford, Freedom the Press’ range of small batch, English wines are crafted with quality grapes, sourced from selected vineyards in the Essex, primarily the Crouch Valley. Acknowledge for having the best sites for still wine grapes in the country, in a typical year Essex is drier and sunnier than anywhere else, ensuring riper yields. Equally, London clay is proving to be a perfect soil to develop powerful and complex flavours in cool-climate still wines.
