notes
Offering wonderful year round interest, Pittosporum Tenufolium Tom Thumb is a dense evergreen shrub of rounded habit, bearing wavy, dark purple leaves on striking dark stems. New growth appears green, thus presenting the shrub with a two tone effect. This unusual colouring acts as a great focal point in a gravel bed or as a contrast in a sunny border.
Insights

Although it may sometimes produce small, honey scented dark purple flowers in spring, this cannot be relied upon. It is a recipient of the RHS AGM (Award of Garden Merit), for all round excellence.
