Features

notes
Short but sweet, Echinacea Sensation Pink is a dwarf coneflower noted for its daisy like flowers bearing hot, cerise coloured petals that frame a chocolate coloured cone. As the plant matures, the petal colour softens to a lavender tone. The plant is very resilient - tolerant to drought, heat and humidity. The dark stems are sturdy, making the flowers are excellent choice for cut flowers.
Insights

The cones attract butterflies in the summer and seed-eating birds later in the year. A great prairie flower, once used by Native Americans to cure wounds and infections.
