Features

notes
This small leaved Virginia Creeper is a vigorous climber, adept at self-clinging, bearing ovate leaves that turn from purple to green to dark purple in autumn. These leaves are smaller than the typical species and once mature, form a habitat for insects and small birds
Insights

This climber needs plenty of space and a careful hand at keeping it under control. Small green flowers are inconspicuous, and berries are dull and blue. For the best colour, position in shade or partial shade. It is a recipient of the RHS AGM (Award of Garden Merit), for all round excellence.
