Chimac (a combination of the words chicken and beer in Korean) started in 2016 when two Dubliners visited Seoul and fell in love with Korean fried chicken. Now with two stores in Dublin, Chimac is spreading the love through their range of small batch sauces, bringing the bold, punchy flavours of Korea to your table.
