Features

notes

Taxus baccata standishii is a golden variety of this well-loved evergreen shrub. Slow growing, it provides colour throughout the year, especially if positioned in full sun. Use as statement planting in a container, or plant in a border, its compact habit will limit impact on its neighbours and add interest to the winter garden. A recipient of the RHS AGM (Award of Garden Merit), for all round excellence.

Insights

Irish Yew is more upright than English yew, contributing a strong vertical accent to the garden..
